Drunk driver crashes into police car in Nicosia
A 22-year-old intoxicated driver collided with a parked police car in Nicosia early Monday morning, injuring the officer inside. The incident occurred at the same location where just a few hours earlier another drunk driver had crashed into a lamppost. Police had closed off Parisiou Street between the Parisinos roundabout and the traffic light at Agiou Prokopiou Street.
