EAC: Electricity price cuts only after solar expansion
The CEO of the Cyprus Electricity Authority (EAC), Giorgos Petrou, stated that electricity price reductions cannot be expected before the EAC installs significant photovoltaic systems. At a meeting with DISY leader Annita Demetriou and unions, the authority discussed its plans to reduce electricity costs in the long term.
