Earthquake of Magnitude 5.9 in Afghanistan Shakes South Asia
An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 struck the Hindu Kush region in Afghanistan on April 3. With a depth of approximately 177 kilometers, strong tremors were felt in Islamabad (Pakistan), Kabul (Afghanistan), and New Delhi (India). The earthquake was recorded by the German Center for Geosciences.
