Easter Disturbances: Firecrackers and Fireworks Cause Incidents
Cypriot police intensified patrols and controls to prevent the use of fireworks and firecrackers. The operations resulted in several incidents, including stone throwing at a police car and injury to an 11-year-old boy by a firecracker. Minors were also arrested.
