EBA sets new reporting standards for third-country bank branches
The European Banking Authority (EBA) has published a new reporting framework (version 4.3) that introduces new reporting obligations for branches of financial institutions from third countries. The package simultaneously supports a data collection exercise by the new Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA) and strengthens risk assessment in the EU banking sector.
