Ebola Epidemic in Congo Out of Control: 3,200 Cases
The Ebola epidemic in the Democratic Republic of Congo has spiraled out of control with over 3,200 confirmed cases and 1,405 deaths. Cases rose particularly rapidly since mid-July and the country has surpassed the 2,000 mark. An experimental vaccine has already been tested on volunteers.
