ECB Sees Banking Union as Key to EU Competitiveness
The European Central Bank has presented proposals to make banks and financial infrastructure more resilient and better support the economy. The proposals were endorsed by all central banks of the eurozone and are part of the ECB's response to the European Commission's consultation on EU competitiveness.
