ECB stress tests: Banks resilient but with weaknesses
Geopolitical stress tests by the European Central Bank show that eurozone banks are generally resilient in terms of solvency and liquidity. However, the ECB warns against overoptimism, as it has identified weaknesses in crisis scenarios and inappropriately optimistic assumptions in some crisis management plans.
