ECJ decides on access to shareholder information
The European Court of Justice ruled on September 3 in case C-798/24 that unrestricted public access to shareholder information can be compatible with EU corporate law and data protection regulations. The ruling concerns EU Directive 2017/1132 regulating corporate law.
