EDEK Opens Party Leadership Campaign with Four Candidates
The left-wing party EDEK has validated all four candidacies for the party leadership election, officially launching the campaign for the vote on September 5. The validation came after an initial objection to one candidacy and intervention by a rival. Veteran politician Kyriakos Mavronikolas had pressed for validation of all applications.
