Egypt and Saudi Arabia call for de-escalation in Red Sea
Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty and his Saudi Arabian counterpart Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud held telephone conversations on de-escalating tensions in the Red Sea. The two countries are attempting to promote diplomatic solutions to conflicts in this strategically important region.
