Electoral Officer Defends Disy Candidate's Appeal
Chief Electoral Officer Elikkos Elias defended the appeal by Disy candidate Anastasia Anthousi against the electoral decision on a controversial parliamentary seat as "honest." He assured that every decision by the electoral court would be fully implemented. Anthousi, a Disy candidate for Nicosia in the May election, had appealed against her rejection.
