Electricity company EAC backbone of energy transition
The Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) is to continue playing a central role in the country's energy transition, Energy Minister Michael Damianos announced on Thursday. The government is investing in power grids, energy storage, and conventional generation to ensure supply security. The minister described the EAC as indispensable for these goals during the presentation of its 30-month report.
