Electricity Company Earns Nearly 200 Million Euros from Water Sales
The Cyprus Electricity Authority (AHK), in addition to electricity supply, generates substantial revenues through its desalination plant at the Vasiliko power station, which has been in operation since 2013. Revenue from water sales amounts to tens of millions of euros, representing a significant business division of the company.
