Ellinas Finance appoints new compliance officer
The board of directors of Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd approved the appointment of Vera Neoptolemou as the new Senior Compliance Officer effective immediately from 31 August 2026. Neoptolemou assumes responsibility for the company's compliance obligations as an issuer of securities.
