Elpis App Saves Women from Domestic Violence: 27 Emergency Calls in First Year
The Elpis security application, which allows victims or potential victims of domestic violence to discreetly send SOS signals to police, has recorded 27 calls for help in its first year. The app is already installed on 457 mobile phones and enables rapid police response in critical situations, thereby saving lives.
