Energean Begins Exploration Drilling in the Ionian Sea
Energean CEO Mathios Rigas presented plans for exploration drilling in Block 2 of the northwestern Ionian Sea during the signing of the drilling contract. The drilling has a success probability of 16 percent, but if successfully implemented on schedule, it could fundamentally change Greece's energy map and generate revenues in the billions.
