Engkomi: Infrastructure for rainwater drainage completely inadequate
Residents of Engkomi are frustrated over repeated flooding due to an inadequate rainwater drainage system. The Nicosia municipal association admits that existing infrastructure is deficient and completely absent in neighboring areas. Apartment building residents are considering legal action after already experiencing six basement floods in their building.
