Environmental authority approves quarry expansion in Androlykou
The Cypriot environmental authority has approved the expansion of quarrying activities in the Druseia municipality near the Androlykou spoil zone under strict environmental conditions. The project involves new gravel extraction activities outside the existing zone and borders protected Natura 2000 areas of the Akamas Peninsula.
