Environmental groups call for protection of Akama and Natura areas
Five environmental protection organizations have sent an open letter to President Nikos Christodoulides calling for strengthened measures to protect the Akama area and Natura 2000 protected sites. The organizations are urging the president to make concrete commitments and take measures to implement biodiversity and nature protection directives.
