Ethniki Insurance: First Greek insurer on subordinated debt market
Piraeus Bank announced that its subsidiary Ethniki Hellenic General Insurance Company has successfully placed a 200-million-euro bond issuance. This is the first subordinated debt issuance by a Greek insurer on the capital markets and consists of a 100-million-euro Tier-2 bond.
