EU accession as the greatest success of modern Cyprus history
An opinion article honors Cyprus' EU membership from May 1st, 2004 as the greatest achievement of the modern Cypriot Republic. The 2004 enlargement wave with ten new EU member states was the largest expansion of the Union.
