EU and Philippines moving towards free trade agreement
The European Union and the Philippines have reached a preliminary agreement on a free trade agreement that includes extensive tariff reduction and market opening. Tariffs will be eliminated for at least 97 percent of trade, but negotiations are not yet fully concluded.
