EU and USA agree on data exchange regarding European travelers
The European Commission reached a draft agreement with the United States on the exchange of information regarding European travelers. This followed American demands for access to more data on European citizens as a condition for maintaining visa-free travel for most EU citizens. Cypriots are not affected by this regulation, as they continue to require a visa.
