EU approves 1.5 billion euros for European defense industry
The European Commission has approved a work program worth 1.5 billion euros under the European Defence Industry Programme (EDIP). The program aims to strengthen and modernize the European defense industry. Additionally, production capacity is to be increased and technological progress as well as the resilience of the sector are to be supported.
