EU: Canada Could Become 'Associated Member'
EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced that she wants to pursue a new category of EU membership for Canada. Canada's Prime Minister Mark Carney was present in Strasbourg to hear von der Leyen's State of the Union address and discuss possible cooperation.
