EU Commission awards 40,000 free travel tickets - flights also free for Cypriots
Through the Erasmus+ program, the DiscoverEU initiative offers 18-year-old EU citizens and legal residents the opportunity to explore Europe for free. The EU Commission is providing a total of 40,000 free travel tickets. For young Cypriots, flights are also free since the island has no land connections to the European mainland.
