EU Commission opens proceedings against Google
The European Commission has initiated preliminary findings against Google and is examining compliance with the Digital Markets Act (DMA). As part of this proceeding, the Commission has proposed measures to regulate Google's role as a "gatekeeper" of the digital market, particularly in the area of online search.
