EU Council in Nicosia Debates European Defense Policy
The informal European Council will address European defense policy on April 23 and 24 in Nicosia. President Nikos Christodoulides announced that European leaders will discuss the concrete implementation of the mutual defense clause of the EU Treaty should a member state activate it.
