EU Council meets in Nicosia between two conflicts
On April 23 and 24, the leaders of the European Union will convene for an informal European Council in Nicosia. The meeting must address the geopolitical consequences of American foreign policy and takes place during a period marked by two wars: the conflict in Ukraine and the escalation in Iran.
