EU Court Confirms 4.1 Billion Euro Fine Against Google
The Court of Justice of the European Union dismissed Alphabet's Google's appeal against an antitrust fine and confirmed the penalty of approximately 4.1 billion euros. The European Commission had found in 2018 that Google abusively exploited its dominant position through its Android operating system.
