EU Introduces New Assessment System for Data Centers
The European Commission has proposed a unified assessment system for data centers to create transparency in energy and water usage and promote sustainable integration of facilities into the European energy system. The system will apply to data centers with a capacity exceeding 500 kW and will assess current resource consumption, energy efficiency, and sustainability contribution.
