EU launches consultation on cryptocurrency regulation
The European Commission is launching a consultation to review whether EU regulations on crypto-assets remain appropriate in light of market developments and increased entry by traditional financial institutions. The consultation addresses the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), which has been partially applied since June.
