EU naval operation on heightened alert in Red Sea
The European naval operation 'Aspides' (Shields) has heightened its alert status in the Red Sea following new attacks by Houthi rebels. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas confirmed that the operation's ships have increased their readiness without suspending the mission.
