EU Pharmaceutical Industry Creates Record 926,000 Jobs
Pharmaceutical exports from the European Union to non-EU countries supported 926,000 jobs across the entire economic bloc for the first time in 2023, according to a Eurostat analysis. This corresponds to 4.3 per mille of total employment in the EU and marks a significant milestone for the pharmaceutical industry.
