EU Program with 50 Million Euros for 800 New Businesses
An EU-funded entrepreneurship program in Cyprus aims to create approximately 800 new businesses and more than 1,600 new jobs. The program is part of EU cohesion policy financing that channels funds to Cyprus for business development, research, transport, and urban projects. The initiative was presented by Themis Christophidou, Director-General of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Regional Policy.
