EU Seeks to Emancipate Itself from American Tech Giants
The European Commission presented a package of measures in early June to strengthen the EU's technological independence. The package addresses cloud computing, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and open-source software and aims to reduce Europe's dependence on American tech giants.
