EU Takes Complaints About Event Cancellations Seriously
Turkish-Cypriot political leader Tufan Erhurman stated that the European Commission has "carefully taken note" of his complaints regarding efforts by the Greek-Cypriot side to cancel international events organized by Turkish-Cypriot organizations. Erhurman reported that he has submitted letters to both the European Union and other bodies to draw attention to this issue.
