Starting July 1, 2026, the European Union will impose a new temporary tariff fee of 3 euros per item for packages valued up to 150 euros from third countries. This measure aims to combat unfair competition and improve security controls for e-commerce products. The package of measures applies until 2028 and affects online purchases from platforms such as Temu and Shein.
