Eurobank shareholders approve 258.7 million euro dividend
Shareholders of Eurobank S.A. approved at their annual general meeting on April 28 a dividend distribution of 258.7 million euros as well as a comprehensive share buyback program. The meeting in hybrid format recorded shareholders representing 76.98 percent of share capital, corresponding to over 2.77 billion voting shares.
