Europe needs new disaster protection architecture
In light of repeated disasters in Cyprus, Greece, France, Spain, and Italy, it is clear that climate change has become a climate crisis. Europe needs a new architecture for disaster protection and enhanced security culture to address extreme weather events and their consequences.
