European Plan for Strait of Hormuz Without USA
European countries are working on a plan to form an international alliance to secure shipping in the Strait of Hormuz following the war. The initiative could involve the deployment of mine sweepers and other warships but would be implemented without US participation. French President Emmanuel Macron confirmed the initiative.
