Europol examines authenticity of SMS messages and mobile phones in Drousiotis case
As part of an expedited procedure, hundreds of SMS messages, mobile phones, USB drives and other material have been submitted to Europol. The materials stem from allegations by Makarios Drousiotis and relate to messages in which persons from the political and judicial system are allegedly involved. Europol is to clarify as quickly as possible whether the evidence is authentic or forged.
