Executed Chinese Official Had Cypriot Citizenship
A high-ranking official of China's Communist Party, Yanping Li, was executed in China. He had obtained Cypriot citizenship and falls under the investigation of the Nicolaou Commission into investor citizenships. Police were informed by Interpol about the case one year before the commission's report was released.
