F-4 Phantom crashes during Athens Flying Week – two pilots on board
A two-seat F-4 Phantom fighter jet crashed on Saturday afternoon at the Greek Air Force base Tanagra during an air show as part of the Athens Flying Week. The aircraft plummeted from low altitude onto the runway shortly before it was to land, while hundreds of spectators watched. So far there is no official information about the status of the two pilots.
