Fatal motorcycle accident in Akrotiri on British base
A foreign motorcycle rider was killed in an accident on the M1 road in Akrotiri on the grounds of the British military base. The accident occurred on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at midday, when the driver of a car left a strawberry kiosk while making a U-turn and crossed the motorcycle's lane of travel. Both vehicle operators were foreigners.
