A 79-year-old Finnish entrepreneur, known as the 'King of the Åland Islands', must pay an exceptionally high fine of 121,000 euros for a traffic violation. The wealthy Anders Wiklöf, who built his fortune as a dealer of Mercedes-Benz and BMW vehicles, is being held to account.
