Fire Hazard in Chloraka Due to Power Cables in Palm Trees
The Chloraka Environmental and Cultural Association warns of a serious fire risk in the municipality. Power cables run through palm tree leaves, with dry leaves in direct contact with electrical lines. Association chairman Andreaś Kyriakóu is calling on the Cypriot electricity authority (ÄHK) to take immediate measures to ensure the safety of citizens and property.
