Flash Flood in Nepal-Tibet Border Area: Dozens Dead
Severe flooding led to the destruction of villages, roads, bridges, and infrastructure at the border between Nepal and Tibet. According to local media reports, at least 55 bodies have been recovered, with hundreds of people missing. Nepal dispatched helicopters to support rescue operations, and Foreign Minister Sisir Khanal informed parliament of the disaster.
