Food expenses in Cyprus 26 percent more expensive in three years
Food expenses for families in Cyprus have risen significantly: a budget of 100 euros in 2023 now costs on average 126 euros today. The Statistical Service confirms the sharp increase in food prices, which the Chamber of Commerce attributes mainly to higher energy costs, raw material prices, and alcoholic beverages.
